Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are subject to the following conditions:

  • First-time Subscriptions: If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • Renewals & Recurring Payments: Subscription renewals and recurring payments are non-refundable. To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle
  • Upgrades & Downgrades: If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, refunds for the price difference are not provided.
  • Service Issues: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the Service, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

If your issues started after the 7-day period, you can still contact our support team, and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Additionally, you always have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, no further charges will be made, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@sslup.watch with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Order ID or transaction details
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshots showing errors or an inability to use the service
  • Screen recording demonstrating the problem (e.g., if the service did not function)

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via Paddle, our payment provider, and will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future service access.

5. Changes to this Policy
